No person shall park any trailer or recreational vehicle being used
for living or sleeping purposes within the village for a period of more than
15 days within a consecutive six-month period except in a duly licensed trailer
court.
At all times while such trailer or recreational vehicle is parked within
the village, its owners or occupants shall be responsible for effecting compliance
with all sewage and solid waste regulations in force in the village.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be
subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both.
