Traffic control signals shall be installed and
operated at the intersection of those streets described in the Traffic
Control Signals Schedule, on file in the village offices.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed
on or along any streets or highways within the village is hereby established
at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding
on or along those streets or parts of streets described in the Speed
Limits Schedule, on file in the village offices, shall be as indicated
in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in
excess of that indicated in the School Speed Limits Schedule, on file
in the village offices, in the areas described in said schedule, during
school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in
the One-Way Streets Schedule, on file in the village offices, are
hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the
streets or parts of streets described in the U-Turns Schedule, on
file in the village offices.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated
(left, right, all) at any of the locations described in the Prohibited
Turns at Intersections Schedule, on file in the village offices.
No person shall make a right turn when facing
a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described
in Prohibited Right Turns on Red Signal Schedule, on file in the village
offices.
The streets or parts of streets described in
the Through Streets Schedule, on file in the village offices, are
hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall
be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in the Stop Intersections
Schedule, on file in the village offices, are hereby designated as
stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in the Yield Intersections
Schedule, on file in the village offices, are hereby designated as
yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are
hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in
the Trucks Over Certain Weights Excluded Schedule, on file in the
village offices, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on
such streets.
