Any person, firm, corporation, or responsible person
in charge, who violates any provision or fails to comply with any
requirements of this chapter or of any of the other applicable codes
or ordinances shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment
for not more than 30 days, or both, and each day's failure to comply
with any such provision or requirement or any such order shall constitute
a separate offense.

The imposition of the penalties herein prescribed
shall not preclude the Solicitor representing the municipality and
under the direction of Borough Council from initiating appropriate
actions or proceedings at law or in equity to effect the purposes
of this chapter.
