The Tax Collector shall deposit all taxes collected to a Borough of
East Stroudsburg interest-bearing account established for this purpose within
24 hours of the close of each day's business and shall provide the Borough
Manager of the taxing district with a written statement of said deposit.
The Tax Collector shall, on or before the 10th day of each month, make
a true, verified statement, in writing, to the Borough Manager of the Borough
of East Stroudsburg for all taxes collected during the previous month, giving
the names of the taxable and the amount collected from each, along with discounts
granted or penalties applied, if any, and the total amount of taxes received,
discounts granted and penalties applied.
