The purpose of this article is to protect the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Harveys Lake Borough and all citizens who use Harveys Lake.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any wake during the use of a motorboat or any other water device after dusk on Harveys Lake.
B. 
It is also specifically unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat or any other water device after dusk on Harveys Lake at a speed in excess of the minimum wake speed as defined by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission.
Any violation of this article shall be subject to a fine of $100 minimum and $300 maximum, as set by the District Justice.
