A. 
The Members of the Council of the Borough of Harveys Lake shall receive compensation in the amount of $156 per month to be paid from the Borough Treasury.

B. 
No compensation is provided for any Councilman so long as that person holds the position of a Public Defender.

The Mayor of the Borough of Harveys Lake shall receive an annual salary in the amount of $1,872 to be paid from the Borough Treasury in quarterly installments on warrants authorized by the Council, and such salary shall be in lieu of all costs and fees allowed to the Mayor.
The Tax Collector of the Borough of Harveys Lake shall receive a commission in the amount of 4% upon the collection by him of all taxes levied by the Borough of Harveys Lake.
The Earned Income Tax Collector of the Borough of Harveys Lake shall receive a commission in the amount of 5% upon the collection by him of the earned income tax levied by the Borough of Harveys Lake.

The Sewage Enforcement Officer for the sewage disposal systems in Harveys Lake Borough shall receive a monthly retainer of $50 and, further, shall receive an additional compensation of $50 for each site inspection where a disposal system permit is approved or $20 for each site inspection where a disposal system permit is denied, to be paid from the Borough Treasury.
