To protect the citizens and the integrity and maintenance of the sewer
system in the Borough of Harveys Lake.
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, continue or cause
to be discharged any liquid produced by the operation of a sump pump on their
property into the sewer system of the municipality of the Borough of Harveys
Lake.
Each offense shall be subject to a fine of $500 with each day of discharge
constituting a separate offense.
