Where a license has been duly issued to an applicant in accordance
with the appropriate provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-1 et seq., such applicant,
upon obtaining approval for the license, shall be permitted to conduct
such games of chance on the first day of the week commonly known and
designated as Sunday.
