No. 408.
The Borough of Edgeworth shall enter into the
Cable System Franchise Agreement with TCIPA in the form attached hereto,
made part hereof and incorporated herein by this reference as if it
had been set forth verbatim in this section and a copy of which shall
be filed with the minutes of this meeting at which this chapter is
adopted.[1]

in the office of the Borough Secretary.
The proper officers of the Borough are hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the Borough, to sign and execute
said Cable System Franchise Agreement under the Municipal Seal of
the Borough.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances and resolutions
or parts thereof inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of
this chapter be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency or conflict.
This chapter shall become effective immediately
and the incorporated Cable System Franchise Agreement shall have a
same effective date, pending acceptance by TCIPA.
