It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person
or persons to obstruct any sidewalk, street or alley of this Borough
by idly standing or congregating thereon.
It shall also be unlawful for any person to
indulge in profane or obscene language in any public place or to any
public officer in the discharge of his duty or to be guilty of any
drunkenness or of riotous or disorderly conduct in any public place
in the Borough whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or
the public annoyed.
Any person convicted of a breach of any provision
of this article shall incur and pay a fine of not less than $5, to
be collected as provided by law.
