It shall be unlawful for any person to open,
draw water from, tamper with or in any manner interfere with any water
plug within the limits of this Borough, unless such person is the
authorized agent of the Borough or the authorized agent of the Edgeworth
Water Company.
Any party guilty of a breach of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine not exceeding
the sum of $50 and, in default of the payment thereof, may be committed
to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
