All coasting on the highway commonly known as
"Chestnut Street" shall be and is hereby limited to a course between
the northerly limit of this Borough and the Chestnut Street entrance
to the property of Mrs. Armstrong, and coasting is hereby prohibited
on all other portions of said Chestnut Street.
Any person violating the provisions hereof shall
incur and pay a fine of $5, to be collected according to law.
