No person shall post, in any manner, any kind
of signs, placards or devices on trees, poles or fences or otherwise
along any streets, roads, lanes or alleys of this Borough.
Any person convicted of a breach of any provision
of this article shall incur and pay a fine of not less than $5, to
be collected as provided by law.
