Any cable television system providing service within the Village of
Phoenix shall be required to obtain a franchise from the Village of Phoenix.[1]

Editor's Note: A franchise for cable television service was granted
to Community Antenna Inc. by resolution adopted February 2, 1993, for a ten-year
period from March 8, 1993, to March 7, 2003.
The New York State Commission on Cable Television shall undertake rate
regulation for the Village of Phoenix in compliance with federal law as implemented
by the Federal Communications Commission.
