A.
Description. The bulkhead line of that part of the
southerly shore of Weyauwega Lake, hereinafter described and more
particularly shown by a map on file with the City Administrator, is
established and determined as set forth in the following description
and the map, subject to the approval of the Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources, namely:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 4,
Block 33, of the Western extension of the Original Plat of the City
of Weyauwega, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; thence N23°-08' W along
the Easterly line of said Lot 4 to its intersection with the Southerly
shore line of Weyauwega Lake at the high water line what has been
determined to be at elevation 770 U.S.G.S. Datum, the point of beginning
of the proposed bulkhead line; thence Easterly along said Southerly
shore line at elevation 770 to its intersection with the Easterly
R/W line of Mary Street the termination of the proposed bulkhead line.
