No student registered in the Harwich public
schools shall smoke in school, on school grounds, on school buses,
or at school activities. Any student violating this bylaw shall be
subject to fines of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second
offense and $200 for the third and each subsequent offense. In the
case of a Harwich student offender, these fines shall continue and
be cumulative over the student's years of education in the Harwich
schools. These fines will be in addition to penalties the school may
apply to violators.
