[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 et seq., and most specifically
N.J.S.A. 40A:12-17, the municipality of Elk Township hereby consents
to and requests to be included within the area of operation of the
Housing Authority of Gloucester County.
The powers, duties and obligation of the municipality of Elk
Township in relation to the powers, duties, and obligations of the
Housing Authority of Gloucester County will be governed by the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 et seq.
