Where no penalties are otherwise expressly provided
for violations of particular County ordinances, the penalty shall
be a fine not exceeding $500 and/or imprisonment in the County jail
for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. Violations of the provisions
of this chapter shall be punishable upon conviction.
