An Essex County Cooperative Pricing System,
pursuant to Chapter 198 of the Laws of 1971 (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1) and
N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.1 et seq., and in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the form "Cooperative Pricing Participation Agreement," a copy
of which is annexed hereto, is approved and renewed.[1]

Agreement form is on file in the County offices.
The County Executive is authorized to contract
with such Essex County municipalities as may agree to enter into such
agreement, in accordance with the terms thereof.
The County, as lead agency, through the Office
of Purchasing, shall be responsible for complying with the provisions
of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and
applicable cooperative pricing regulations, N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.1 et seq.
This Essex County Cooperative Pricing System
is subject to review, approval and registration by New Jersey Division
of Local Government Services.
