The amended plan entitled "Essex County Deferred
Compensation Plan," a copy of which is annexed hereto, is hereby approved
and adopted as the County's amended deferred compensation plan pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 43:15B-1 et seq., and the regulations adopted thereunder,
effective January 1, 1986. This approval is subject to approval of
said amended plan by the Director, Division of Local Government Services.
