No person shall park a vehicle in any reserved spaces or any areas requiring decaled parking at any County property or facility unless such vehicle displays a valid and current decal which authorizes parking in such area.

No person shall park a vehicle in any of the aforementioned parking lots, garage or street in an area designated by sign, yellow curbing lines, or other measures as a "no parking" area.
Each violation of this chapter shall subject the violator to a fine of not more than $25. In addition, the County may tow any vehicle parked in violation of this chapter and may charge the violator a reasonable towing and storage fee.
