Any bona fide veterans, educational, religious and fraternal organizations, civic and service club, volunteer fire company and first aid and rescue squad having its situs and principal location within the Borough of Northvale and which is duly licensed to hold and operate legalized games of chance under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq. and 5:8-50 et seq. is hereby authorized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-58 to hold, operate and conduct legalized games of chance on Sunday in the Borough of Northvale.
No games of chance shall be conducted on Sunday before 2:00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m., prevailing time, under any license issued by the Borough of Northvale.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation who or which violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalties.
