The final plat shall be drawn in ink on tracing cloth at a scale of not less than one inch equals 100 feet and in compliance with all the provisions of Chapter 358 of the Laws of 1953.[1]
A. 
The final plat shall show or be accompanied by the following:
(1) 
The date, name and location of the subdivision, the name of the owner, graphic scale and reference meridian.
(2) 
The tract boundary lines, right-of-way lines of streets, street names, easements and other rights-of-way, land to be reserved or dedicated to public use, all lot lines and other site lines, with accurate dimensions, bearing or deflection angles and radii areas and central angles of all curves.
(3) 
The names, exact locations and widths of all existing and recorded streets intersecting or paralleling the plot boundaries within a distance of 200 feet.
(4) 
The lot, block and street numbers as approved by the Borough Engineer of the Borough of Northvale, including lot and block numbers of abutting property.
(5) 
The minimum building setback line on all lots and other sites.
(6) 
The location and description of all monuments.
(7) 
The names of owners of adjoining unsubdivided land.
(8) 
Certification by the engineer or surveyor as to the accuracy of the details of the plat.
(9) 
Certification that the applicant is the agent or owner of the land or that the owner has given consent under an option agreement.
(10) 
Plans and profiles of storm and sanitary sewers and water mains.
(11) 
A certificate from the Tax Collector that all taxes are paid to date.
(12) 
Written proof, satisfactory to the governing body, to the effect that all liens or encumbrances on the lands set aside or shown for highway or street purposes either do not exist or have been released and are properly recorded.
(13) 
A written statement that the specifications for the construction of the proposed streets, sidewalks, curbs, storm drains and appurtenances and all other contemplated improvements meet the requirements of all ordinances of the Borough of Northvale relating to the acceptance of streets and/or standard specifications of the Borough of Northvale on file with the Borough Engineer.
(14) 
A written agreement to pay to the Borough of Northvale engineering and inspection fees incurred by it in connection with proper inspection of the construction of said improvements.
(15) 
A written estimate of the total cost of constructing, installing and completing all said improvements and monuments.
B. 
The purpose of any easement or land reserved or dedicated to public use shall be designated, and the proposed use of sites other than residential shall be noted.
C. 
When approval of a plat is required by any officer or body of such a municipality, county or state, approval shall be certified on the plat.
D. 
Proposed final grades of all streets shall be shown to a scale of one inch equals five feet vertical and one inch equals 50 feet horizontal, on sheets twenty-two by thirty-six (22 x 36) inches, and drawings shall include both plans and profiles and shall show elevations of all monuments referred to United States Coast and Geodetic Survey level bench marks, and such elevations shall be shown in feet and hundredths of feet.
