No person shall raise or create a false alarm of fire.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed
$500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed
90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
