For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
Includes all streets, highways, roads, avenues, lanes, alleyways
or other public rights-of-way used for the passage of motor vehicles.
"Streets" shall mean the area between the curbs or, if no curbs, that
portion of the public right-of-way used for the passage of motor vehicles.
For the purpose of this article, the definition of "streets" does
not include public parking lots.
No person shall operate or cause to be operated any skateboards
on the following streets of the Borough of Washington in the areas
designated:

No person shall operate or cause to be operated any skateboard
upon the following sidewalks of the following streets of the Borough
of Washington:

No person shall operate or cause to be operated any skateboards
upon the sidewalks or streets of the Borough of Washington in a reckless
or hazardous fashion or in a manner creating interference with pedestrian
or vehicular traffic.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon
conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
