The maximum speed limit for both directions of traffic along
the following streets is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated
and within the location designated:

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained
as required by the Commissioner of Transportation and as specified
in his authorization of the above speed zones.
The speed limits shall become effective upon posting of the
proper signs after approval by the Director of Motor Vehicles.
