Borough of Wrightstown, NJ Article V Traffic and Parking Regulations on Private Property

§ 210-27 Regulations established.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the following regulations governing traffic of vehicles are hereby established:

A. All through traffic shall be prohibited in the entrances to the school facilities presently operated by the New Hanover Board of Education situate on Fort Dix and Shreeve Streets.

B. Appropriate no thoroughfare signs shall be posted at both entrances to the said school in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Transportation.

C. There shall be no parking at any time in said school entrance for other than school business and said no parking area shall be duly designated by the required Department of Transportation "No Parking" signs.

D. Vehicles parked in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to the penalties provided in § 210-28 hereof, be removed at the owners expense.

§ 210-28 Violations and penalties.

Anyone violating the provisions of this article shall be, on the first offense, fined no more than $75 and on a subsequent offense, no more than $150 at the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
