Violation of any provision of the Code of the Township of Harmony, for
which a municipal fine is one of the penalties which may be or shall be imposed,
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $2,000, in
the discretion of the Judge. The continuation of such violation for each successive
day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing
or permitting the continuance of the violation may be punished as provided
above for each separate offense.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Township of Harmony heretofore
adopted that establish a minimum fine or maximum fine inconsistent with the
fines established pursuant to this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent
of the inconsistency.
