It shall be unlawful to keep any pigs or swine
within 500 feet of any dwelling house within the Borough of Baden,
save the house of the owner or keeper of said pig or swine.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine
of not more than $1,000, not less than $300, and the costs of such
proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by
imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
