A. 
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
An individual or individuals, company, partnership, firm, limited partnership or corporation.
B. 
The masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
Any person making a connection into the sanitary sewer system of the Borough of Baden shall pay a fee to the Municipal Authority of said Borough.
Fees for connection into the sanitary sewer system shall be established, from time to time, by resolution of the Town Council of the Borough of Baden.
Fees for connection to the sanitary sewer system of Baden Borough shall be established pursuant to Act No. 203 of 1990, amending the municipality Authorities Act of 1945,[1] as signed into law by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Robert P. Casey, on December 19, 1990.
