As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
That portion of a street between the curbline or lateral
line of a roadway and the adjacent property line.
Every device in, upon or by which any person or property
is or may be transported, carried or drawn, except devices moved by
human power.
No person shall operate or drive, cause to be
operated or driven or knowingly permit the operation or driving of
any vehicle in or upon any sidewalk within the corporate limits of
the Borough of Baden.
The provisions of this article shall not apply
to a motor-driven vehicle or equipment which is owned and operated
by the Borough of Baden for the purpose of the maintenance of or removal
of snow from such sidewalks.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine
of not more than $1,000, not less than $300, and the costs of such
proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by
imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
