A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Administrator of the Municipality of Kingston, being marked and designated as the International Fire Code, 2003 Edition, be and is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the Municipality of Kingston, Pennsylvania, regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the occupancy of buildings and premises as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Fire Code on file in the office of the Municipality of Kingston are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as it fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 94-2 of this chapter.
The following sections are hereby revised:
A. 
Section 101.1 insert: "Municipality of Kingston."
B. 
Section 109.3 insert: "Summary; $300.00; 30 days."
C. 
Section 111.4 insert: "Failure to comply. Any person who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop-work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be liable to a fine not more than $300 dollars."
The geographic limits referred to in Section 3204.3.3.3, Section 3404.2.9.5 1, Section 3406.2.4.4 and Section 3804.2 of the 2003 International Fire Code are hereby established as follows: § 181-27 of the Municipal Code of the Municipality of Kingston, titled "Outdoor storage areas."
Ordinance No. 1996-7 of the Municipality of Kingston entitled the "BOCA Fire Prevention Code" and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
