Any municipality which desires to connect its sewage collection system
to the similar system of this municipality for the purpose of making an indirect
connection to the Authority facilities shall be permitted to do so, provided
that the Authority has consented thereto, and provided further that the flow
from the facilities of such other municipality shall always be limited to
such volume as will not interfere with the use by this municipality of its
facilities and that the place and manner of connection shall be subject to
the approval of this municipality, which approval will not be unreasonably
withheld. The municipality shall designate the fees and/or costs to be paid
in conjunction therewith.
The Mayor, upon approval of Council, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver, on behalf of the Municipality of Kingston, all necessary agreements with any such other municipality evidencing the permission granted by § 147-2 hereof.
