Unless another fine is specifically provided,
any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply
with any provision of the various articles in this chapter shall,
upon conviction before any District Justice, be subject to a fine
of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution for each offense and,
in default of payment of such fine and costs of prosecution, shall
be subject to imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days.
Such fine and costs of prosecution shall be in addition to any charges
made by the Borough for the abatement of violations, and each day
on which a violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate
offense.
