No person shall park a vehicle at any time in
the municipal parking lots and driveways thereof described in Schedule
XI, attached to and made a part of this chapter, unless parked within
parking spaces so marked and provided for the express purpose of parking.
If a vehicle is parked in an area not marked
for parking and is deemed to be a hazard, the Police Department may
have it towed away at the owner's expense.
