The Police Department may remove from any off-street
parking project any unattended vehicle parked or standing in any portion
of any off-street parking project not designated as a parking space
or any unattended vehicle parked or standing in a designated parking
space which has remained in said designated parking space after a
summons has been issued charging a violation hereunder. When a vehicle
is so removed from an off-street project, the owner of said vehicle
shall pay all reasonable charges for towing, storage and other expenses
incurred in the removal of said vehicle. All said charges and expenses
shall be paid to the Township of Morris, to the Court Administrator
of the Township of Morris, on or before the disposition by the Court
of the summons which has been issued charging a violation of this
article.
