90-9) of the 1977 Revised General Ordinances]
The Township shall cause to issue appropriate
identification tags permitting the bearer to enjoy the use and pleasures
of the beach facilities for the period of time designated on such
tags.
A.
Family season badges shall be issued by the Township
of Blairstown for all persons residing within the Township of Blairstown
for the annual fee of $115. It is hereby provided that a family unit
entitled to seasonal badges shall consist of family members related
by blood to each other and constituting a family unit within one single
household.
B.
Individual season badges shall be issued to persons
residing within the Township for the sum of $35.
D.
Individual seasonal badges shall be issued to senior
citizens residing within the Township of Blairstown for the sum of
$10. A senior citizen is qualified by attaining the age of 65 or more
at the time of application, and proof of age shall be required, i.e.,
driver's license or birth certificate shall be deemed sufficient.
E.
Seasonal badges shall be issued to nonresident families
for the sum of $145.
G.
Individual seasonal badges shall be issued to nonresident
persons for the sum of $50.
H.
Individual seasonal badges shall be issued to nonresident
senior citizens for the sum of $35. A senior citizen is qualified
by attaining the age of 65 or more at the time of application and
proof of age shall be required, i.e., driver's license or birth certificate
shall be deemed sufficient.
All children under the age of 12 years of age
must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years of age.
All badges and fees shall be purchased at the
Blairstown Township Municipal Building between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday of each week, except holidays.
The Township Committee, at its sole discretion,
may provide for the sale of daily badges at the beach location.
