The Village Board of the Village of Johnson City hereby consents and
authorizes, pursuant to Public Housing Law § 31, the Town of Union
Housing Authority to act as the Public Housing Authority in and for said Village
of Johnson City, the same as if the Town of Union Housing Authority had been
created especially for said Village of Johnson City.
