[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Johnson City 12-27-1979 as L.L. No. 11-1979 (Subpart S of Part I of the 1973 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A local law is hereby established permitting the Village of Johnson City to publish and distribute a village newsletter at village expense. Said newsletter shall be published no more than four (4) times a year at a cost not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.) per issue. No more than seven thousand (7,000) copies of said newsletter shall be published per issue with a maximum of four (4) pages each.

The newsletter shall contain information relating to the official acts and meetings of village officials, employees, boards, commissions, departments and other agencies of the village.
