[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Johnson
City 2-7-1977 as L.L. No. 2-1977 (Subpart P of Part I of the 1973 Code); amended
in its entirety at time of adoption of Code; see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. I. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The following are hereby designated official newspapers of the Village
of Johnson City: the Evening Press and Sun Bulletin, or such other newspaper
of general circulation within the Town of Union and Village of Johnson City
as the Board may determine.
The Board of Trustees shall by resolution at the annual meeting designate
a newspaper of general circulation within the village and the Town of Union
as the official newspaper.
