[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Johnson

The official year of and for the Village of Johnson City shall hereafter
begin at 12:00 noon on the first day of January and end at 12:00 noon on the
first day of each January thereafter.

The term of office of the Mayor elected for a full term shall be four
(4) official years and of each Trustee elected for a full term shall be two
(2) official years.
This chapter shall vary and supersede § 3-302 of the Village
Law of the State of New York only to the extent provided herein.
