All fumigation in the village shall be made under the supervision of
the Health Officer. At least twenty-four (24) hours before making a fumigation,
the attending physician shall notify the Health Officer and the Chief of the
Fire Department and the Chief of Police, in writing, of his or her intention
to fumigate the premises.
