The Village of Johnson City adopts May 1 as
the last day and deadline for the receipt and acceptance of applications
from taxpayers for the designation of a consenting third party adult
who shall receive duplicate tax bills and notices of unpaid taxes
in addition to said eligible taxpayer applicant.
