Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 264-76), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 264-77), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the Village when traveling within a school speed zone during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. As used in this section, "school speed zone" means that portion of the public street passing a school building and extending 300 feet along such public street in each direction from the building line of a school abutting on the public street.
No person shall further operate or drive a motor vehicle, motor cycle or any similar vehicle on any public street or highway adjoining or bordering a public playground or recreation center in the Village at a rate of speed exceeding 25 miles per hour.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 264-78), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 264-79), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 264-80), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 264-81), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 264-82), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 264-83), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 264-84), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A. 
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 264-85), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
B. 
Establishment of a five-ton truck route. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a five-ton vehicle on any public streets except the following to gain egress from and ingress to Grand Avenue:
(1) 
For ingress: north from the traffic circle onto Route 201, north on Route 201 to the Main Street exit, at Main Street west (left) to the entrance ramp for Route 201 south, south on Route 201 to Thomas Street exit, right on Thomas Street and another right onto Riverside Drive, north on Riverside Drive to Grand Avenue.
(2) 
For egress: south on Riverside Drive to Thomas Street, left on Thomas Street to Route 201 and right on Route 201 to the traffic circle.
The lanes described in Schedule XI (§ 264-86), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby reserved for the uses noted in said Schedule XI (§ 264-86).
