The Village of LeRoy does, pursuant to § 1402, Subdivision
3 of the Real Property Tax Law, cease to be an assessing unit and opts to
levy its tax on a portion of the town roll prepared for it, and therefore
there shall be no separate administrative or judicial review of assessments.
