It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, deface, despoil, cut,
mar, mark or otherwise willfully injure any tomb, tombstone, monument or other
monuments of the dead erected or being in all of the cemeteries within the
Village of LeRoy.
It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, girdle, despoil, destroy
or willfully injure any tree, shrub, plant or flower standing or growing in
any of said cemeteries.
Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter
shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $100 and shall also be required
to pay for the repair or replacement of any damage or injury to any tomb,
tombstone, monument, tree or plant.
