Ordinances]
No person or persons shall play or cause to
be played any game of ball or other games in any of the streets or
alleys of the Village of LeRoy.
For the purposes of this article, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
That portion thereof lying between the curbs of a paved street
or, on unpaved streets, the portion thereof in common use by vehicular
traffic.
Any person violating the terms of this article
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25.
