This article shall be known and cited as "A Local Law Providing
a Partial Exemption From the Base Water and Sewer Rate to Persons
65 Years of Age or Older."
Eligibility for the exemption provided by this article shall
be based on the list of aged exemptions for the tax year provided
by the Lewis County Real Property Tax Office.
