[Adopted 12-7-1971]
The Town Justices of the Town of Olive shall not be members of the Town
Board of the Town of Olive, and the membership of such Board shall consist
of the Town Supervisor and four Town Councilmen.
This resolution and the effect of this resolution is to comply with
§ 60-A of the Town Law of the State of New York.
