The Town Board of the Town of Olive, County
of Ulster and State of New York is desirous of improving service under
the Agriculture and Markets Law, Article VII.
Under Article VII effective January 1, 1980,
§ 125, Indemnification of dog damage: the Assessor or any
other individual designated in writing shall immediately inquire into
the matter and shall examine the animal injured or killed and, shall
investigate and determine the amount of damage and make a report.
The Dog Control Officers be so designated.
